Finding SBS legislation

To find legislation related to the SBS, first go to its official website.

You will find four menu titles; click on “Normativa y Estandares”. Then, click on “Normativa”, hover your mouse over “Normativa SBS”, and finally click on “Buscador SBS”. This is the direct link to the search page.

For example, you can look for the Anexo 5 of Resolucion SBS Nro 5709-2012. In the box named “Numero de norma”, type “5709”; the 2012 in the Resolucion number is the year, so there’s no need to type it into that box. In the next box, that says “Tipo de norma”, choose “Resolucion”. Then click on “Realizar busqueda”. You should get only one result, which corresponds to the desired Resolucion. On the rightmost column, which is titles “Anexos”, click on the logo that appears there. Look for the row that says “Anexo 5”, and then click on the paperclip next to it. You will be able to download and visualize the Anexo 5 of Resolucion SBS Nro 5709-2012.
